The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a digital environment, utilizing technology for productive patient interactions.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, maintaining a focus on ethical and compassionate care.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of clients.
• Assess clients' behavioral and mental health needs, leading to the formulation of meaningful therapy goals and objectives.
• Guide clients through the exploration of their thoughts, feelings, and relationships by fostering insights that promote personal awareness and growth.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate progress throughout the treatment process, helping clients establish effective coping mechanisms and strategies for mental wellness.

The primary patient population for this role includes stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking supportive counseling services. Counselors will focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can share their experiences and work collaboratively towards achieving their therapeutic goals. Special attention will be given to matching counselors with clients in accordance with their specialties and demographic preferences.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a mental health professional in your state, including LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Ability to practice independently without the need for supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a strong empathetic approach.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for virtual counseling practices.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, full-time counselors will receive comprehensive healthcare benefits. The organization also provides weekly direct deposit to ensure that compensation is timely and reliable. We handle all administrative duties such as billing, allowing you to focus solely on your clients.
