• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy and counseling services to patients coping with severe health conditions, focusing on mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social well-being, which aids in tailoring personalized care plans.
• Develop and implement treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices that are culturally sensitive, addressing the unique needs of each individual patient.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, ensuring a coordinated and family-centered approach to patient care.

This position primarily serves adult patients in hospice care, focusing on those experiencing complex psychological needs resulting from terminal illnesses or significant health challenges. We recognize the unique mental health struggles faced by hospice patients, and our LCSWs play a crucial role in facilitating coping strategies, emotional support, and comfort during what can be a profoundly difficult time.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, along with a current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services, preferably within a healthcare or hospice context.
• Strong clinical skills for conducting mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and interdisciplinary team members.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs) and other relevant healthcare software for managing patient documentation.

• Experience working in hospice, palliative care, or geriatric populations is highly desirable.

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
