As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with clients through secure video conferencing to offer empathetic and ethical individual counseling.
• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities to design and implement individual treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Providing assessments and ongoing therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing clients' self-awareness and coping strategies.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A background free of disciplinary actions or limitations on your practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to client interaction.
• Proficient computer literacy and the ability to utilize digital platforms for video counseling.
• A reliable computer setup, including a webcam and audio capabilities for effective virtual sessions.
• A stable and strong internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted counseling sessions.

While not strictly required, the following experiences may enhance your application:

• Experience providing telehealth counseling services or familiarity with video conferencing technology.
• A proven track record of working with clients in a community health setting.
