Overnight Remote Support Associate

Pay: $18-$20/hour

Location: Columbus, OH

This is not a passive overnight position.

As an Overnight Remote Support Associate, you'll use technology, communication, and critical thinking to identify safety concerns, respond to emergencies, and ensure individuals receive the support they need when it matters most.

Your focus and judgment directly protect the people we serve.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor Safety & Respond to Alerts: Observe live video and audio feeds, identify safety concerns, and respond quickly to incidents and emergencies.

  • Provide Real-Time Support: Handle calls, chats, and communication with individuals while providing reassurance and responsive support.

  • Follow Escalation Protocols: Coordinate with staff, emergency contacts, and first responders to ensure the appropriate response to each situation.

  • Document & Communicate Clearly: Maintain accurate, time-stamped records and provide seamless shift handoffs.

  • Support System Reliability: Perform equipment checks and escalate technical concerns to maintain uninterrupted monitoring.

  • Participate in Quality & Training Initiatives: Engage in drills, debriefs, and ongoing quality improvement efforts to maintain high standards of care.

  • Currently enrolled in college or possess an associate's degree or higher (or equivalent experience)
