Marketing Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Fully Remote (Worksite: Minneapolis, MN 55447)

Pay: $40.00-$65.00

Duration: 6 months (potential for permanent hire)


Position Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to support a growing, fast-paced marketing team. This role partners closely with leadership to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns while leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the CMO to plan, create, distribute, and measure multi-channel content
  • Use AI tools (Claude preferred, ChatGPT acceptable) to accelerate marketing workflows
  • Monitor engagement, review metrics, and confirm scheduled content daily
  • Collaborate on content calendars and manage deliverables across platforms
  • Write and edit content for blogs, email campaigns, social media, and community platforms
  • Publish content across Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Substack
  • Engage with online communities on behalf of the brand
  • Edit short-form video clips and platform-specific content
  • Maintain monthly and quarterly content calendars
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
  • Manage marketing assets and content libraries
  • Support meeting coordination, agendas, and stakeholder alignment
  • Pull and analyze performance data using Google Analytics (GA4), PowerBI, and platform tools
  • Own A/B testing initiatives in collaboration with SEM partners
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Track campaign performance and identify trends, successes, and gaps
  • Build and refine AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, content, or coordination roles
  • Strong experience with digital marketing and campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), PowerBI, ClickUp, and Figma
  • Solid project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
