• Conduct individual therapy sessions through secure video chat, maintaining ethical and compassionate counseling practices.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment approaches to tailor therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, progressing through intervention strategies to improve their mental health.
• Guide clients in exploring their experiences, emotions, and relationships to foster personal growth and self-awareness.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary while aiding clients in developing effective coping mechanisms.

Our primary focus is serving stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. As a counselor, you will play a critical role in assisting clients in creating healthy coping strategies and achieving personal goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must possess a valid, independent license to practice, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• No provisional licenses or past disciplinary actions accepted.
• Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools to effectively manage client appointments and documentation.
