Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish rapport.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on the intake evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address client concerns.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions through video conferencing platforms, employing effective engagement strategies.
• Monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide resources, including information about financial and emotional commitments related to treatment.
• Support clients in cultivating self-reflection, coping strategies, and healthy relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, representing various backgrounds and mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attract top talent.
