Our therapists operate in a completely remote work setting, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through video conferencing, supporting them in their journey toward improved mental health.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.
• Encourage open discussions about emotions and experiences, fostering a trusting relationship that facilitates client insight and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in setting and achieving their mental health goals.
• Monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical observations.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will focus on delivering personalized care, utilizing your clinical expertise to guide clients towards positive outcomes that enhance their quality of life. The ability to adapt your approach based on cultural and individual differences is crucial for success in this role.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice independently in the state of California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with experience managing your own caseload effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all client interactions.
• Proficient in using technology for remote therapy, including video conferencing software.

• Experience working within a community health setting, with a focus on providing solution-based care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
• Multi-state licensure is a plus, allowing for more flexible client engagement.

Willow Bridge Psychotherapy offers an attractive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Enjoy weekly direct deposits and a salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, depending on the hours worked and client engagement. In addition, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, ensuring your health needs are met while you serve others.
