• Conduct individualized mental health counseling sessions via secure video platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances and mental health conditions.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that comprehensively outline goals and interventions to enhance the client's mental well-being.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions, behaviors, and relationships, facilitating insights that promote personal growth and healing.
• Continuously monitor client progress through assessment tools and regular feedback mechanisms, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to foster continuous improvement.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults seeking to improve their mental health. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals acquire coping skills and strategies that foster better life quality. By focusing on this particular demographic, you can leverage your expertise to make a tangible difference in their everyday living.

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or licensure equivalent), allowing you to practice independently. Note that provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that demonstrate empathy, understanding, and the ability to connect with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in computer technologies, as well as a computer equipped with audio and video functionalities necessary for teletherapy.
• A reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted client sessions.

• Prior experience in a counseling role with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
• Familiarity working with varying modes of therapy, including CBT, DBT, or other therapeutic approaches relevant to low-acuity cases.
• Strong grasps of ethical guidelines and professional standards in telehealth and remote mental health practices.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and credentials. We also offer a generous sign-on bonus to welcome new members to our team.
