Work Environment

You will be joining a dynamic virtual care team dedicated to breaking down barriers to mental health access. Utilizing the latest telehealth technologies, our remote clinic fosters a collaborative environment where clinicians can engage meaningfully with clients. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured work-life balance while allowing you to make a real difference in patients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessment and therapy sessions for individuals and groups via telehealth platforms.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' needs and goals.
• Collaborate electronically with a multidisciplinary care team, including psychiatrists, substance use specialists, and support staff, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Adapt therapeutic techniques to fit a remote setting, utilizing tools such as video conferencing, digital therapy games, and online resources.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when required, employing telehealth resources to address urgent client needs promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients served at Greater Change Behavioral Health include individuals struggling with mental health issues and substance use disorders, requiring tailored interventions that promote recovery and resilience. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, necessitating a culturally competent approach to care. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active LICSW license in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health or substance use treatment.
• Demonstrated strong diagnostic abilities and treatment planning competencies.
• Excellent communication skills, complemented by cultural competence and empathy towards diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in teletherapy or remote clinical practice.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Experience working within a detox or rehabilitation setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
