• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat with the aim of improving clients' mental health.
• Facilitate discussions about emotions, experiences, and relationships to enhance clients' self-awareness and insight.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them to articulate their goals and navigate their treatment journey.
• Perform thorough evaluations of clients' mental health status and develop tailored solution-focused treatment plans based on your clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using our therapist portal while minimizing administrative burdens.

At Privia, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients who have been pre-screened to ensure they are stable and possess low acuity levels. This emphasizes our commitment to providing you with cases that allow you to focus on delivering quality care without the additional stressors common in high-acuity settings. Our client base encompasses various demographics, providing ample opportunity to practice in areas reflecting your expertise and interests.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent state-issued license (such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) is required, as limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional evaluations and craft effective treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a compassionate, empathetic nature essential for building rapport with clients.
• Proficient computer skills to manage virtual tools and effectively navigate our online therapist portal.

• Experience providing telehealth services, especially via video conferencing platforms.
• Demonstrated ability in working successfully with diverse populations and varying needs.
• Proven experience in implementing innovative treatment methodologies for mental health care.
