Overview

The Marketing team creates engaging, high-impact content that drives company growth and enhances the guest experience. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate aligns strategy with design solutions, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings enthusiasm for music, sports, and live entertainment.

This role pays an annual salary of $70,000-$75,000.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop creative materials including, but not limited to, logos, presentations, advertisements, menus, and in-venue signage.
  • Collaborate on large-scale facility enhancement projects by developing mood boards, renderings, mock-ups, and visual concepts that bring strategic visions to life.
  • Create scalable, customizable templates for OVG Hospitality venues.
  • Refresh and adapt reusable assets, graphics, and templates as needed.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative solutions aligned with creative briefs.
  • Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Prepare final files accurately according to print and production specifications; research printing and collateral options as needed.
  • Follow brand guidelines and work effectively within established templates and design systems.
  • Use data and research insights to inform and strengthen design decisions.
  • Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools to improve workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Experience designing for hospitality, food & beverage, or experiential environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office; Canva and basic video editing experience are a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner with stakeholders from concept through production.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently with excellent attention to detail.
