Role:  LSR Business Analyst (Workers’ Compensation) 
Location: Remote (USA)

What You’ll Do
As an LSR Business Analyst, you will define, analyze, and document business requirements for large enterprise integration initiatives. You’ll partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate needs into clear functional artifacts that guide delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
  •  Elicit, define, and document business and integration requirements for enterprise software initiatives. 
  •  Create process maps, use cases, and related analysis artifacts to support solution design and implementation. 
  •  Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to research, validate, and refine requirements and assumptions. 
  •  Analyze and map data exchanged across systems; identify gaps, dependencies, and downstream impacts. 
  •  Document data transformation, cleansing rules, and validation logic to support accurate system integration. 
  •  Communicate progress, decisions, risks, and issues clearly and frequently to project stakeholders. 
  •  Support testing and implementation readiness by ensuring requirements are complete, traceable, and testable. 
Required Qualifications
  •  5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting large enterprise integration projects. 
  •  Strong knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation domain. 
  •  Proven experience defining requirements for software projects (process flows, use cases, business rules). 
  •  Ability to analyze complex problems, synthesize findings, and recommend actionable next steps. 
  •  Strong communication skills with the ability to provide frequent, clear updates across stakeholders. 
  •  Hands-on experience mapping and understanding data exchanged/transformed between integrated systems. 
  •  Experience documenting transformation rules (e.g., field length changes, format standardization, cleansing rules). 
  •  Familiarity with Filevine and/or relevant legacy platforms supporting similar operational workflows. 
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role is performed in a home-office/remote setting.
  •  Ability to sit or stand at a workstation for most of the workday. 
  •  Frequent communication via phone/video, requiring speaking and hearing.
