Requirements

This is a full-time, remote position. You must have a suitable work area available during all working hours, free of distractions.
Work hours are 9-6 pm Eastern Standard Time.

You must be a resident in the United States living in a state with no more than a one (1) hour time difference from Eastern Standard Time.

You must be authorized to permanently work in US either as a US Citizen or an active Green Card holder. No other conditions will be acceptable.
Responsibilities

· Own the technical implementation side of the marketing roadmap—setting priorities, tracking performance, and continuously optimizing.

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies based on the content created by other team members so that all marketing efforts are aligned with company vision, growth goals, and revenue targets including posts, social media content and campaigns, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

· Ensure that the implementation of the marketing strategy is consistent in all touchpoints.

· Oversee marketing implementation cost budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.

· Oversee the technical aspect of all digital marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and objectives, including SEO/SEM, paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), email marketing, email marketing list sourcing, management and tracking and website updates and performance monitoring to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

· Report on campaign results, ROI, pipeline impact, and brand health to leadership.

· Serve as a brand guardian for all aspects of marketing implementation

· Generate reports on department progress and outline strategies for improvement.

· Manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects assigned.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or technical aspects of the core requirements.

· Experience working with senior leadership.

· 5+ years of experience in similar roles.

· Deep knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance analytics.

· Certified in Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Ads and Email Marketing/CRM.

· Ownership of KPIs such as lead generation volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, and email open rates.

· Knowledge and experience in marketing automation platforms such as Replay.io, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools

· Self-starter with a proactive and creative mindset

· Excellent verbal and written communication and executive reporting skills.

· Proven success in managing the technical aspect of building and executing strategic marketing plans that drive measurable growth. Experience with CRM systems, automation tools, and data visualization/reporting platforms.

· Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva Photoshop and video editing software

· Experience with website management: WordPress, Squarespace and Wix

· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
