We are a growing North Shore marketing agency seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Marketing Technology & Web Specialist to join our collaborative Web Services Team.

This role is the ultimate bridge between the analytical and the visual. We need someone who emphasizes the technical infrastructure of a website but is equally passionate about formatting layouts, designing clean user experiences, and ensuring content looks strikingly polished before it goes live. While our team primarily works dynamically from home, we come together in person once a quarter on the North Shore to collaborate, strategize, and catch up.

· Design & Content Layout: Take raw copy, images, and brand assets and meticulously format them onto landing pages and websites. You will ensure perfect visual hierarchy, proper typography spacing, and a seamless desktop/mobile layout.

· Email Marketing: Set up, test, layout, and deploy email eblasts and automated workflows across various CRM and email platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Constant Contact, Mailchimp).

· Asset Optimization: Use proper digital tools to crop, resize, compress, and edit images so they are visually stunning while maintaining optimal web loading speeds.

· Project Coordination: Work directly with external technical vendors and internal creative teams to ensure web updates are launched flawlessly and on schedule.

What Success Looks Like (Qualifications)

We are looking for an independent problem solver with a good eye for detail who loves working on both sides of the digital brain. To be successful, you should bring:

· The Technical Edge: Be familiar with web tools, managing CMS platforms including WordPress, while having a working knowledge of HTML/CSS, core SEO concepts, and navigating FTP clients like FileZilla.

· The Creative Eye: A natural talent for layout design, an understanding of visual balance, and hands-on comfort with image editors like Photoshop to tweak and perfect visual assets.

· Clear Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are completely comfortable jumping on a video call or picking up the phone to coordinate with clients and vendors.

· Autonomy & Agility: The organization to work independently, hit strict deadlines, and remain flexible in a fast-paced agency environment. Occasional extended hours may be necessary during major project launches.
Experience & Background Needed:

· A Major or Minor in Marketing, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related digital field.

· 1+ years of professional web-based, online, or agency internship experience.

· Ability to travel to our North Shore, MA area office once a quarter for mandatory team meetings.

· Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Perks & What We Offer

· The Best of Both Worlds: A remote from home work role , backed by relationship-building quarterly in-person team sessions.

· Comprehensive Health Coverage: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance packages to keep you and your family covered.

· Time to Unwind: Paid vacation time so you can step away and recharge
