They use a variety of computer software and equipment to alter and edit images digitally. Remote video editors are in charge of taking raw film footage, pulling out the best shots that have the best sound and imagery, and putting it back together as seamlessly as possible. • Identify trending topics and opportunities for firm participation, bringing a proactive and creative perspective to social media content planning.
  • Partner with design and editorial colleagues to ensure consistency with firm voice, tone, and visual brand standards.

Attorney & Stakeholder Support

  • Provide LinkedIn and social media training to attorneys, serving as an internal resource and offering guidance on best practices for professional social media presence.
  • Support attorneys in creating and refining their own social media content as needed.
  • Collaborate with business development, communications, practice groups, and other internal teams to create cohesive, high-impact social campaigns.
  • Coordinate approval processes with attorneys and firm leadership.

Measurement & Analytics

  • Monitor social media channels and measure performance across key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and post performance.
  • Define KPIs and provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Apply an analytical mindset to refine social media strategy and demonstrate the impact of social media initiatives on the firm’s brand and business development objectives.
Digital Advertising Support
  • Support paid digital advertising initiatives including social media ads and search campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns including audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget management.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of social media or digital marketing experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating social media content creation and platform management.
