About the Role

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual content that brings the Arcoro brand to life across digital, print, video, motion, events, and marketing campaigns. This role combines creative design, multimedia production, and brand stewardship to deliver high-quality assets that support demand generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

The Multimedia Designer partners closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop creative that is visually engaging, strategically aligned, and consistent across every customer touchpoint. This role leverages modern design tools, including AI-powered creative technologies, to improve efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality and brand consistency.

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce creative assets across digital, print, video, motion, social media, web, email, events, and marketing campaigns

  • Translate marketing strategies and campaign concepts into visually compelling creative that supports business objectives and customer engagement

  • Serve as a steward of the Arcoro brand by ensuring visual consistency across all marketing materials and customer-facing assets

  • Create digital assets including social media graphics, paid advertising, email templates, landing page graphics, presentations, illustrations, and marketing collateral

  • Design and produce event materials including tradeshow booths, signage, printed collateral, promotional materials, and supporting digital assets

  • Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality print production and delivery

  • Produce and edit video content for social media, web, email campaigns, product marketing, customer stories, and corporate communications

  • Design motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content that enhance storytelling and audience engagement

  • Perform basic audio editing to ensure professional-quality multimedia production

  • Build, maintain, and improve creative templates, design systems, and brand assets that support consistency and scalability across the organization

  • Leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve production efficiency while maintaining brand standards and creative quality

  • Educate internal teams on brand guidelines, design best practices, and AI-enabled creative workflows

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to develop creative that aligns with campaign goals and the buyer journey

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards using project management tools such as Asana

  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback, campaign performance data, and creative best practices to continuously improve future work

What We're Looking For

  • Strong multimedia design experience spanning graphic design, video production, motion graphics, and digital content creation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of professional multimedia design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across graphic design, video production, motion graphics, and brand development
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Express, After Effects, Canva, and related creative platforms
  • Experience producing creative for events, tradeshows, and large-format print production
  • Photography and videography experience preferred
  • Illustration and original asset creation experience preferred
  • Experience designing for SaaS, B2B technology, construction, skilled trades, or highly regulated industries preferred
  • Experience using AI creative platforms for image, video, and design generation
  • Comfort with voiceover or on-camera appearances is a plus

Compensation

Starting at $80,000, with the opportunity for a higher starting salary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
