This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home in Spokane, Washington, or anywhere in the state. As a telehealth provider, you will utilize secure video chat technology to connect with clients, streamlining processes and minimizing administrative burdens. • Conduct ethical and empathetic individual mental health counseling through video consultations.
• Utilize solution-based treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Create comprehensive and personalized treatment plans aimed at improving client outcomes.
• Facilitate discussions that foster insight into clients’ experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress while implementing adaptive strategies to enhance coping mechanisms.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our approach is centered around empowering these individuals to develop the necessary skills for improved quality of life through supportive and understanding therapeutic relationships.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, current state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice (no provisionary or limited licenses). Please specify your credentials and licensed state in your application, choosing from the following:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• No past disciplinary actions on your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine, empathetic nature.
• Strong technological proficiency along with access to a computer with a webcam and reliable internet connection.

While a minimum of two years in direct therapeutic practice is required, additional experience with diverse populations or specialties can enhance your candidacy. Comfort with telehealth platforms and previous experience in a remote counseling role will be highly regarded.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per annum, commensurate with your working hours and client caseload. Additionally, we provide:
