Multimedia Creator- Remote

What are we looking for?

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Multimedia Editor, Graphic Designer will work primarily with our video team to shoot, create and edit videos, including creating synthetic voice over tracks, and creating translated versions of the media. This person will also have the responsibility to lead design and translation projects as well as lead small teams on media shoots. The position also requires some graphic design work.

What you'll do:

  • Work with Art Directors and Instructional Designers to assemble and compile completed media in preparation for Quality Assurance
  • Creation of the audio track files, using our current web service
  • Downloading the resulting files and reviewing the audio to ensure the correct voice and quality
  • Running the files through a pre-set audio leveling software process
  • Delivering the files to the appropriate folders in our file management system
  • Troubleshoot and make any corrections to the audio using the same process above
  • Overseeing and maintaining our voice over file tracker
  • Communicating with Art Directors, Video Editors Instructional Designers, and Project Managers on file status
  • Contribute to the quality assurance of all project deliverables
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks while consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and interact professionally with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with familiarity in graphic design, video/audio editing workflows, and digital asset/project management tools such as Dropbox and Smartsheet.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs.
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities, combined with a collaborative mindset, customer-focused approach, and commitment to delivering quality-driven outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and committed to continuous learning, with the technical and administrative skills necessary to support evolving business and production requirements.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel as needed (typically 10-15% annually) and eligible to work remotely while residing legally in the United States.

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience using project tracking and management software and services. 

  • Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects, Final Cut pro, DaVinci Resolve or other video media.
  • Experience with sound design, audio effects and basic audio editing.
  • Experience using Slack for cross-functional team communication.
