• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions through video consultations, allowing you to build a rapport and trust essential for effective therapy.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client, focusing on their specific challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance abuse.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings, utilizing therapeutic modalities that resonate with diverse client backgrounds and preferences.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, including teaching coping strategies, administering assessments, and adapting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients, making referrals when necessary.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a varied population, including adults and adolescents facing mental health challenges such as substance abuse disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and other psychological issues. • Must possess a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, with demonstrated competency in individual and group therapy.
• Expertise in various therapeutic modalities and a strong foundation in mental health disorders, including evidence-based treatment practices.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters and manage care effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for establishing trusting relationships with clients.

• Experience working in a remote setting and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms is highly valued.
• A background in crisis intervention or trauma-informed care is preferred, enabling you to support clients through challenging experiences.
• Fluency in multiple languages and an understanding of various cultural competencies to cater to our diverse clientele is an asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
