About the Role:

The Influencer Team at Ovative Group oversees, develops, and implements Influencer strategy working alongside our client teams to create holistic strategy tailored to our clients' goals. The Senior Analyst of Influencer will focus on building brand love through creator efforts, while building trust with clients and partnering with internal teams to align strategy and measure performance against KPIs.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Support development of campaign and long-term Influencer strategy for current Ovative clients
  • Source influencers, foster partnerships and opportunities and pitch relevant brand opportunities with full funnel impact aligning back to key KPI's
  • Provide one-to-one, strategic campaign planning and negotiate contracts with influencers
  • Educate influencers on brand and expectations of content and campaigns, exhibiting strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading to produce brand safe high-quality, channel-appropriate content for both internal and external audiences
  • Document, analyze, and provide meaningful insights on campaign performance
  • Develop testing and roadmap priorities for clients to iterate, using a test and learn mindset
  • Inform on influencer trends and partnership opportunities continuously monitoring cultural conversations, influencer trends, social platform evolutions and competitor activities to stay aligned with the evolving landscape
  • Experience collaborating across key paid media channels to amplify influencer content through boosting and/or affiliate integration
  • Provide thought-leadership and subject matter expertise to internal teams during pitch process to win new business

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in an Influencer Marketing role developing and executing strategy and campaigns in an agency or a non-agency setting
  • Deep understanding of the Influencer ecosystem - social media channels, influencers, content, and creators driving both organic and paid strategies
  • Expertise and success sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and negotiating with Influencers
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing influencer campaigns
  • Measurement-minded with a strong understanding of the performance metrics widely used and available data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills and experience in tracking relevant metrics
  • Experience analyzing influencer-specific metrics
  • Experience with a wide variety activating across social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitch), 360 campaigns inclusive of experiential and/or alternative talent media touch points
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills and client management skills

Preferred:

  • Digital agency experience or digital lead on the client-side
  • Web analytics experience
  • Utilization of Influencer tools and tech platforms (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar influencer sourcing platforms a plus)

Pay Transparency:

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of the total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits.

For our Sr. Analyst positions, including the position of Sr. Analyst, Influencer, our compensation range is from $75,000 to $93,000 on an annualized basis, with the potential for an annual bonus of up to 15% of base salary.
