You are a highly skilled video content creator who combines creative storytelling, technical production expertise, and AI-powered content workflows to produce engaging content at scale.

You understand that modern content production is no longer limited by manual editing. You actively leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, transcription, localization, content repurposing, metadata generation, asset organization, performance analysis, and workflow automation. You know when to use AI to improve speed and efficiency and when human judgment, creativity, and brand stewardship are required.

You are not only an AI user-you are an AI workflow builder. You understand how to design, configure, test, and optimize AI agents that support content production workflows. What You'll Be Doing: 

AI-Powered Content Creation & Production

  • Create high-quality video content for customer marketing, product education, events, webinars, podcasts, social media, and internal initiatives.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content ideation, scripting, storyboarding, shot planning, creative concept generation, and production workflows.
  • Produce product tutorials, feature walkthroughs, customer success stories, promotional content, educational videos, and event recap content.
  • Use AI-assisted editing workflows to improve production speed while maintaining creative quality and brand standards.
  • Transform complex product concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand visual content.
  • Produce screen recordings, demos, product explainers, and instructional videos that drive customer adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Events teams to identify content opportunities and develop impactful assets.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI video technologies and implement best practices that improve efficiency, scalability, and content performance.

AI-Enhanced Video Editing & Post Production

  • Edit long-form and short-form content using industry-standard editing platforms and AI-powered creative tools.
  • Utilize AI for transcription, caption generation, subtitle creation, audio cleanup, noise reduction, translation, localization, content summarization, and editing acceleration.
  • Create polished visual experiences through motion graphics, transitions, animations, visual effects, and branded storytelling elements.
  • Develop AI-assisted workflows that reduce production turnaround times while maintaining quality standards.
  • Optimize content formats for YouTube, social media, paid campaigns, product education, community engagement, and internal communications.

Content Repurposing, Clip Farming & Distribution

  • Analyze long-form content and identify high-value moments for repurposing into short-form content.
  • Use AI-powered clipping and content intelligence tools to extract key insights, highlights, customer stories, educational moments, and promotional opportunities.
  • Create platform-specific content variations optimized for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, paid social, email campaigns, and community channels.
  • Generate AI-assisted content summaries, descriptions, titles, thumbnails, metadata, and supporting promotional assets.
  • Maximize content ROI by extending the lifecycle and reach of existing content assets.

Onsite Production & Studio Operations

  • Support onsite production for customer interviews, executive content, webinars, podcasts, product launches, events, and in-office productions.
  • Assist with camera operation, lighting, audio capture, livestream support, AV setup, and production troubleshooting.
  • Help manage production environments to ensure professional-quality recordings.
  • Partner with stakeholders to plan and execute content capture sessions efficiently and effectively.
  • Serve as a trusted production partner during live and recorded events.

AI-Driven Content Operations & Asset Management

  • Maintain and organize a scalable digital asset management system for raw footage, edited content, creative assets, and production files.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate tagging, categorization, metadata generation, searchability, and content retrieval.
  • Build repeatable workflows that improve content discoverability and enable teams to easily access and reuse content assets.
  • Create systems that support large-scale content production and future content needs.
  • Continuously identify automation opportunities that improve team productivity and operational efficiency.

Content Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor content performance across platforms and channels.
  • Utilize AI-powered analytics and content intelligence platforms to identify trends, engagement patterns, audience behaviors, and optimization opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations that improve watch time, retention, conversion, engagement, and content effectiveness.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to continuously improve creative performance through testing and iteration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Experience/Education/Certifications Required:

  • Advanced proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Descript, Canva, or equivalent platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered content creation, editing, transcription, localization, or workflow automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of AI-assisted video production workflows and emerging generative AI technologies.
  • Experience producing screen recordings, product demos, tutorials, educational content, and customer-facing video assets.
  • Experience supporting onsite production environments including cameras, lighting, audio, livestreaming, and AV systems.
