What You'll Doย 

As Vice President of Marketing at Imagine Pediatrics, you will lead, evolve, and operationalize a comprehensive, enterprise-wide marketing and communications strategy that advances the organization's growth, brand, and mission.ย 

This includesย building onย our momentum as the leader in virtual and in-home value-based pediatric care for children with special health care needs, while scaling a modern, data-driven, and highly integrated marketing function.ย You will:ย 

  • Create theend-to-end marketing strategyacross brand, communications, growth, and engagement marketingย 
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, aligning marketing priorities with company goalsย 
  • Lead and continue building aย high-performing marketing team within a modern marketing infrastructureย leveragingย marketing technology,ย automationย and AI-enabled toolsย 
  • Lead the continued development of abrand identitythat reflects Imagine Pediatrics and its clinical excellence and family-centered modelย 
  • Translate a complex medical, behavioral, and social care delivery model intoclear, compelling, and human-centered narrativesย 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all audiences and channelsย 
  • Oversee the development and support theย execution of a PR and thought leadership strategy that positions the organization as a leader in pediatric value-based care andย healthtechย innovation, in partnership with your teamย andย a PR agencyย 
  • Lead integrated marketing strategies across B2B (health plans/MCOs/provider networks), B2B2C (communication and engagement partnerships with payers to raise awareness with members), and D2C (collaborating with the engagement and clinical teams to create marketing strategies supporting caregiver and patient enrollment and engagement)ย 
  • Partner closely with commercial team to support B2B pipeline growth and new markets, introduce and support account-based marketingย 
  • Partner with engagement and clinical programming teams to ensure patient/caregiver communication reflects their healthcare journey and develop omnichannel marketing to support enrollment,ย engagementย and care plan adherenceย ย 
  • Build scalable, data-and-tech-driven marketing funnels across channels including paid advertising, earned media, social, web, email,ย SMSย and printย 
  • Leverage digital platforms and AI-enabled marketing capabilities toย optimizeย performance and conversionย 
  • Ensure all marketing aligns with payer requirements, legal/compliance standards, and value-based care objectivesย 
  • Lead strategic communications for the organization to ensure clarity,ย alignmentย and consistency across all stakeholdersย 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the organization's goalsย 
  • Establish andย monitorย clearย KPIs and dashboardsย toย measure performance across brand, growth, and engagementย marketingย 

What You Bring & How You Qualifyย 

First and foremost,ย you'reย passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care andย supportย they deserve. You will need:ย ย ย 

  • 15+ years of prior relevant experience in marketing and communications, experience in healthcare or health tech preferredย 
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership with direct responsibility for building and leading high-performing marketing teamsย 
  • Proven success leading integrated marketing across B2B/B2B2C/D2Cย ย 
  • Deep experience in value-based careย 
  • Proven experience engaging Medicaid populations and vulnerable or underserved populationsย 
  • Prior experience in aย high-growth environment strongly preferredย 
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including clinical workflows, payer and provider dynamics, and corresponding care modelsย 
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with internal customers and foster a culture of accountability, continuousย improvementย and exceptional serviceย

The role offers a base salary range of $200,000 - $240,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
