About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Vice President of Facilities Management to lead a growing nationwide K-12 Schools Facilities Management operation.

This executive-level, remote position oversees approximately 30 client accounts, $130M–$140M in managed volume, and 10 direct reports across a complex multi-site, multi-state portfolio.

The VP will drive strategic growth, operational excellence, client relationships, financial performance, safety, and talent development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead nationwide multi-site and multi-state Facilities Management operations.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans supporting growth, client satisfaction, retention, and financial performance.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, executives, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, develop, and engage high-performing teams, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Drive operational improvement, transformation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Use operational metrics, dashboards, and data to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Identify innovative solutions that create measurable value for clients.
  • Collaborate with regional and business leaders to achieve organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of management experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant Facilities Management, operations, or related experience.
  • Proven experience leading large, multi-site, multi-state, regional, or national operations.
  • Experience managing complex Facilities Management operations across multiple locations or client accounts.
  • Strong executive presence, client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in business growth, operational excellence, financial performance, and talent development.
  • Experience building high-performing teams and leading organizational change.

Facilities Management contractor experience is not required. Comparable VP-level or senior executive experience leading complex, multi-location Facilities Management operations will be considered.
