Job Title: Lead Analyst, ERP Workstream
Position Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 12 months
Work Location: Portage, Michigan
Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
Pay Rate: $40-$46 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a Lead Analyst, ERP Workstream to support business enablement and change management activities for a large ERP transformation program.

This role will be part of the Business Enablement function within the Accelerate program and will support the overall change management strategy across multiple deployments, business groups, and stakeholder teams. The successful candidate will help identify and document business change impacts, track change mitigation actions, support stakeholder analysis, analyze change readiness data, and help coordinate communication and business enablement activities.

This role is well suited for someone with change management experience, strong Excel and analytics skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities
Change Impact and Stakeholder Support
  • Support the Change Management Team, Accelerate Program team, and deployment groups in identifying and documenting business change impacts.
  • Assess and document the degree of change impact, impacted processes, and groups or individuals affected by the change.
  • Support stakeholder analysis by gathering, organizing, and analyzing stakeholder attributes and change-related information.
  • Ensure deployment teams and program members have appropriate access to stakeholder and change impact data.
  • Answer questions and provide clarity to help stakeholders better understand change impact findings and related data.
Change Action Tracking and Business Enablement
  • Track people and change impact mitigation actions through closure.
  • Support Change Leads in driving and tracking business enablement activities.
  • Help build and maintain a cohesive event calendar for change management and deployment-related activities.
  • Review and provide input to the change management work plan.
  • Provide timely and regular status updates on assigned activities, risks, progress, and open actions.
  • Help ensure change activities remain aligned with program timelines, deployment milestones, and business needs.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Lead efforts to input, organize, and analyze data related to change impacts, stakeholder analysis, and change management activities.
  • Use Excel and reporting tools to support data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
  • Identify trends, gaps, risks, and insights from change-related data.
  • Support the creation of reports, dashboards, summaries, and status updates for program and deployment stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and alignment across the Accelerate program.
Change Readiness and Communications Support
  • Support and assist with analysis of organizational change readiness using tools such as surveys, focus groups, or other feedback methods.
  • Coordinate readiness analysis with Deployment Leads, Change Management Team members, and Project Managers.
  • Consider program timelines, deployment milestones, and Go/No-Go decision points when supporting readiness assessments.
  • Support execution and tracking of deployment group communication plans.
  • Partner with Change Leads, Accelerate teammates, and business partners to help promote stakeholder and end-user buy-in.
  • Ensure communication activities align with the broader Accelerate program communication plan.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Change Management, Deployment, Project Management, Business Enablement, and program teams.
  • Build strong relationships across different levels of the organization.
  • Support alignment between business teams, program stakeholders, and deployment groups.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to clarify expectations, resolve questions, and support consistent change management execution.
  • Adapt priorities as needed while managing multiple stakeholder needs and program deliverables.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a major change initiative within an organization.
  • Minimum of 3 years of overall work experience with demonstrated ability to take on increasing responsibility and expanded scope.
  • Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport, network, and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational context, challenges, and stakeholder needs.
  • Ability to adjust priorities quickly and manage multiple stakeholder needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and analyze data accurately.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations or ERP transformation programs.
  • Experience with business analytics and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication planning, or deployment support.
  • Experience working in large-scale transformation, business enablement, or enterprise program environments.
