What You'll Do:

Architect Operations: Define, document, and implement the entire title and escrow workflow from order entry to policy issuance, ensuring best-in-class efficiency and compliance.

Be the First: Manage a full caseload of complex closings in various jurisdictions, demonstrating the ultimate standard of service and speed we promise to deliver.

Future Leader: Help vet, onboard, train, and mentor the next wave of title agents, growing the operations team under your defined vision.

What You’ll Bring:

Closing Expertise:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Escrow Officer, or Closer, with mastery over the entire settlement lifecycle — from title review to balancing, funding, and disbursement. You should be fully comfortable preparing, reviewing, and correcting Closing Disclosures (CDs), ALTA settlement statements, and lender packages with precision and zero tolerance for error.

Performance:

  • A documented track record of outperforming expectations, managing high-volume pipelines, meeting aggressive deadlines, and delivering flawlessly executed closings under pressure.

Technology-Forward Mindset:

  • You are the closer who never wants to touch a spreadsheet again. You embrace automation, understand how technology can eliminate friction, and want to help design the systems that remove manual tasks permanently.
