What you'll do
  • Analyze and interpret training and program data to support leadership decision-making.
  • Collect, validate, and manage data from multiple sources.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and trend analyses.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Support certification and accreditation compliance through accurate documentation.
  • Evaluate quality reviews, process audits, and instructor/customer feedback.
  • Create actionable recommendations to improve program performance.
  • Maintain databases, records, and data standards.
