• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify students' emotional and behavioral needs, enabling you to formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to empower students on their mental health journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring every detail of your interaction with students is documented appropriately.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other mental health professionals, working together to create comprehensive support systems for students at risk.
• Regularly engage in peer review sessions and case consultations to improve care delivery and stay updated on best practices in the field.
• Educate students and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to encourage informed decision-making and resilience.
• Monitor ongoing progress as students work towards their therapeutic goals, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

In this role, you will work with a diverse student population, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your expertise in trauma-informed care will help create a safe and supportive environment where students can express themselves and seek assistance without fear. You’ll play a crucial part in not just addressing their immediate needs, but also in helping them develop coping strategies that will serve them throughout their lives.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, exemplifying your academic commitment to the profession.
• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas, confirming your professional qualifications and readiness to practice.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
