Overview

This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote or hybrid.

This role is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, execution, and optimization of Treasury Management fee revenue and client billing processes. The role ensures accurate and timely billing, drives revenue capture, oversees pricing implementation, identifies opportunities to reduce revenue leakage, and provides analytical insights that support growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. The manager leads a team responsible for billing operations, fee maintenance, revenue reporting, pricing administration, and revenue integrity, while partnering closely with Treasury Sales, Product Management, Commercial Banking, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to support business objectives and enhance client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Revenue Management Develop and execute Treasury Management revenue optimization strategies that enhance fee income and profitability. Monitor fee revenue performance and implement initiatives to improve revenue realization and recover lost revenue opportunities. Analyze client utilization, profitability, and pricing trends to recommend revenue enhancement strategies. Partner with Treasury Sales Officers and Relationship Managers on pricing execution and client profitability initiatives. Support annual pricing reviews and fee schedule updates.
  • Billing Operations Lead all Treasury Management billing processes, including monthly billing cycles, exception management, and billing adjustments. Ensure billing accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established policies and procedures. Oversee fee maintenance, account analysis systems, earnings credit rate administration, and billing platform management. Develop and maintain billing procedures, process documentation, and operational standards. Resolve complex client billing inquiries and escalations.
  • Pricing Governance Administer Treasury Management pricing structures, exception processes, and fee schedules. Ensure pricing approvals comply with governance standards and delegated authority requirements. Maintain pricing integrity across systems and client portfolios. Support pricing committees through reporting, analysis, and recommendations. Partner with Product and Finance teams to assess pricing effectiveness and support pricing strategy decisions.
  • Revenue Analytics & Reporting Produce executive reporting and dashboards that provide insight into revenue trends, billing performance, pricing effectiveness, and profitability. Develop and monitor KPIs related to revenue capture, operational efficiency, and pricing performance. Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities through data-driven analysis. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Risk Management & Controls Establish and maintain operational controls that safeguard revenue integrity and support accurate billing. Identify control gaps and lead remediation efforts to mitigate operational and financial risk. Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations. Partner with Risk, Audit, Compliance, and Finance teams on examinations, reviews, and control assessments.
  • Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Revenue Management & Billing team. Establish performance goals, productivity standards, and service-level expectations. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and client focus. Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Commercial Banking and support areas.
QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: finance, accounting, business administration or related. (Required)

Experience

7 or more years treasury management, commercial banking, revenue management, pricing, billing operations, finance, or related discipline. (Required)

3 or more years leadership experience managing teams and operational processes. (Required)

Certifications

CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification. (Preferred)

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on all job postings regardless of state. We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The salary range for this position is $81,200.00 - $135,300.00 annually.

Additional Compensation Components

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
