- Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to evaluate treatment efficacy regularly, adapting your therapeutic techniques accordingly.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and consultation sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance clinical skills and address any concerns.
- Ensure meticulous and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, significantly reducing administrative burdens and allowing you to concentrate on client care.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse array of adult clients facing varying levels of emotional complexity and severity, including those experiencing suicidal ideation. Your role is crucial in providing culturally sensitive therapy that respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. We empower our counselors to maintain a balance between empathy and clinical rigor, reinforcing our commitment to holistic client care.
Qualifications- A valid and independent mental health license in the state of Oregon or your respective residence (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, etc.), with additional multi-state licensure being highly advantageous.
