• Conduct initial client assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop effective, individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy across different formats including individual, couples, family, and group settings.
• Engage regularly with multidisciplinary teams of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation that complies with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring integrity of client information.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health through continuous education, attending relevant workshops, and participating in professional development opportunities.

Our LPCs work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. By focusing on outpatient telehealth counseling, our counselors are able to provide much-needed support to clients in rural areas with limited access to mental health resources. Our commitment to diversity ensures cultural competency in handling sensitive issues that may arise for each client.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical or similar setting is essential.

• Experience in telehealth counseling is preferred, with proficiency in using virtual therapy platforms.
• Prior experience working within a multidisciplinary team or outpatient setting enhances collaboration and team integration.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and experience addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges is highly valued.

Our compensation package is competitive, offering an annual salary ranging from USD 300,000 to 400,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
