• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health issues, crafting individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services using various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused approaches, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and medical professionals to coordinate holistic care and effectively address our clients' mental health needs.
• Offer crisis intervention techniques and support to clients in acute distress, demonstrating compassion, resilience, and a depth of professional knowledge.
• Participate in outreach initiatives and community education activities to enhance mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with mental illness.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will engage with clients from different cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, enriching your clinical practice and providing culturally competent care.

• An active and independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and develop therapeutic alliances with a wide range of clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence, understanding of the unique challenges faced by clients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong organizational abilities and aptitude for maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic practices and regulations.

• Experience in community health settings or outpatient therapy practices is a plus, equipping you to work effectively in our collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
