Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, allowing therapists to manage their schedules in a way that best suits their needs while fully engaging with clients. Utilizing our advanced telehealth platform, therapists will conduct sessions, assess client needs, and implement treatment plans from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health and emotional well-being during virtual sessions.
  • Develop, implement, and tailor individualized treatment plans to address specific client needs and objectives.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy sessions to enhance client outcomes.
  • Monitor and track clientsโ€™ progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
  • Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Maintain precise records of client interactions and treatment in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
