UX Conversation Designer (Intermediate)

Overview

We are seeking a UX Conversation Designer to help create intuitive, engaging, and customer-centered conversational experiences. This role will focus on designing and optimizing interactions across virtual assistants, chatbots, voice platforms, and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong UX fundamentals with an understanding of conversational design, user research, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and refine conversational experiences for chatbots, virtual assistants, and voice-enabled platforms.
  • Apply conversation design standards, UX best practices, and user-centered design principles to create seamless customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with UX team members on the design and optimization of virtual assistants and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models.
  • Participate in user research efforts and leverage insights to improve conversational experiences.
  • Create conversation flows, dialog structures, and user journeys that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Partner closely with copywriters, subject matter experts, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness across experiences.
  • Support initiatives involving conversational AI, IVR systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related technologies.
