Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth virtual therapy sessions with clients using telehealth technology, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, goals, and circumstances of each client.
  • Maintain meticulous and current documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Provide timely crisis intervention and ongoing emotional support during sessions as required.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals and healthcare providers, to streamline care and follow-up services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families navigating various life challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, reflecting a strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic practices.
  • Possession of a current and valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Experience providing therapy services in a remote setting, demonstrating familiarity with teletherapy modalities.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple clients and administrative tasks efficiently.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The Transformative Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
