• Conduct in-depth virtual therapy sessions with clients using telehealth technology, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, goals, and circumstances of each client.
• Maintain meticulous and current documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and ongoing emotional support during sessions as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals and healthcare providers, to streamline care and follow-up services.
• Engage in continuous education and training to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health care.

Your role will primarily focus on a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families navigating various life challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. You will work to understand their unique experiences and provide tailored therapeutic interventions that promote healing and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, reflecting a strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic practices.
• Possession of a current and valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Experience providing therapy services in a remote setting, demonstrating familiarity with teletherapy modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple clients and administrative tasks efficiently.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with couples and families, ideally through telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Prior experience in crisis intervention and management.

The Transformative Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
