Job Overview:

Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 7+ years of product design, UX design, or equivalent experience designing complex digital products.
  • Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, collaboration tools, communications platforms, admin tooling, or similarly complex product ecosystems.
  • Strong command of Figma, prototyping, design systems, accessibility, and modern product design practices.
  • Practical accessibility mindset, including familiarity with WCAG and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, research synthesis, or workflow generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end calling experiences across desktop, web, mobile, and device surfaces.
  • Explore how AI-assisted and agentic workflows can improve real-time communication without adding friction or reducing user trust.
  • Create prototypes at the right level of Client, from quick workflow explorations to polished concepts for stakeholder alignment, usability testing, and engineering handoff.
  • Use the established design system to produce consistent, scalable experiences while identifying gaps or new patterns needed for specific use cases.
  • Validate design decisions through usability testing, heuristic review, customer feedback, and collaboration with UX research.
  • Document interaction behavior, accessibility considerations, edge cases, and design rationale for product teams.
