This full-time remote position allows for a flexible work-life balance while you engage with clients in a virtual school setting. Our team utilizes state-of-the-art teletherapy platforms, ensuring that you can provide effective support from the comfort of your own space. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing ample time for work-life balance.

• Act as a liaison with families and outpatient providers to coordinate care effectively.
• Engage with insurance companies to handle pre-certification and manage utilization review processes, ensuring clients receive needed services.
• Participate in discharge planning and aftercare follow-ups, tailoring strategies that meet clients' long-term needs.
• Provide therapeutic meal support within school settings, helping students to cultivate a healthy relationship with food.
• Offer empathetic and affirming care to every client, considering their unique circumstances and intersecting identities.
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with teachers and school counselors to develop and implement strategies that enhance student well-being.

Your primary focus will be on students of all ages, including older adolescents who may face varying socio-emotional challenges. By understanding their individual circumstances and backgrounds, you will be well-placed to provide tailored and impactful support, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to family dynamics and peer relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW license holder in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated experience working with older adults or youth populations is essential.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are required to develop effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning productively within a collaborative team environment.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly in a school setting.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for telehealth services.
• Familiarity with the challenges faced by school-aged children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds.
• Previous involvement in program development or community outreach programs is a plus.
