Work Environment

This full-time remote position allows for a flexible work-life balance while you engage with clients in a virtual school setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison with families and outpatient providers to coordinate care effectively.
  • Engage with insurance companies to handle pre-certification and manage utilization review processes, ensuring clients receive needed services.
  • Participate in discharge planning and aftercare follow-ups, tailoring strategies that meet clients' long-term needs.
  • Provide therapeutic meal support within school settings, helping students to cultivate a healthy relationship with food.
  • Offer empathetic and affirming care to every client, considering their unique circumstances and intersecting identities.
  • Document progress notes and maintain accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school counselors to develop and implement strategies that enhance student well-being.
Patient Population / Client Focus
