  • Educate clients, families, and healthcare providers about the behavioral health service processes to facilitate understanding and engagement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to discuss necessary levels of care and service improvements.
  • Work closely with medical directors and organizational leadership to enhance care quality and efficiency.
  • Present detailed case formulations during staffing and integrated rounds, contributing to team-based care discussions.

Qualifications
