• Participate in a weekly treatment team meeting to discuss and align on individual treatment goals and objectives with peers and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct utilization reviews as required, providing insightful clinical information to support insurance authorization processes.
• Ensure timely and responsive communication with patients' families or loved ones, adhering to a commitment of returning all calls or emails within two hours during business hours.
• Collaborate with the Utilization Review Department and Business Office to navigate authorization and payment processes efficiently.
• Initiate discharge planning upon patient admission and lead thorough discharge sessions to ensure clients understand their coping strategies and available resources.
• Manage crises effectively during sessions and work alongside milieu staff to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Document all clinical interactions and treatments in electronic health records in real-time during each session.
• Build strong therapeutic rapport with patients and their families, assessing risks including suicidality and other potential harmful behaviors.
• Facilitate a welcoming admission experience for new patients, showcasing professionalism and warmth.
• Engage in clinical outreach and program tours to increase awareness and accessibility within the community.

In this role, you will provide care across a diverse patient population that may include adults and adolescents facing various emotional and psychological challenges. You will utilize evidence-based therapies custom-tailored to individual client needs, promoting healing and resilience while upholding the highest standards of ethical practice. • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• An independent licensure applicable in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in electronic medical records management and electronic communication, ensuring operational efficiency and patient engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a substantial caseload while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• Proven experience working within diverse teams to improve patient care outcomes.
• A track record of utilizing innovative therapeutic techniques to positively influence patient health trajectories.
• Prior experience in community mental health settings, providing insight into the social determinants affecting client mental health.
