Department: Care Continuum Integration

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)  

Shift: Days 

Pay: 38.91 - 60.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:
Coordinates and implements outreach and education programs that meet the service line strategic plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes effective professional communication and builds relationships with healthcare and community partners.
  • Establishes effective tools and programs of value for the targeted stakeholders based on available resources
  • Partners with leadership and system stakeholders to coordinate outreach and educational initiatives according to the strategic plan and objectives.
  • Advocates for and promotes the service line in conjunction with the UCHealth objectives.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant certification as determined at position level.
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years' relevant experience
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
