In this remote role, you will conduct your work primarily from your home or another suitable environment, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while ensuring that you meet the needs of our clients effectively. • Maintain compliance with all facility and licensing standards, ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients to identify their mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver mental health therapy sessions for individuals of varying ages, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Perform case management duties, including connecting clients with community resources and advocating for their needs.
• Collaborate with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department to manage authorization and payment processes effectively.
• Support colleagues as needed, filling in for them during their absence while maintaining continuity of care for clients.
• Document all services provided and maintain accurate records in a timely manner to comply with organizational policies.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
