Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Regularly monitor and update program documentation including treatment plans and clinical notes to ensure compliance with Utilization Review standards.
  • Perform random audits on client documentation to verify adherence to governmental regulations, maintaining both legal and ethical record-keeping practices.
