• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and develop strategic treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during acute mental health crises, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in distress.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that include treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment data, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize client outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment approaches, and available community resources, serving as an advocate for their rights and needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development via workshops, training sessions, and literature review to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

As a mental health counselor at Tiny Triumphs, you will engage with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Your work will significantly contribute to their emotional, psychological, and social well-being, fostering resilience and positive outcomes in their lives.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in any of the following: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is essential.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and empathetic listening abilities.
• Proficient in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team structure.
• A steadfast commitment to ethical and professional standards.

• Experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, particularly in community health, but not strictly required for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with teletherapy and remote service delivery models is preferred.
