Job Summary:

The Outside Regional Sales Consultant's primary responsibility is to grow sales and market share, provide training, and implementation support to deliver the AirPro Diagnostics solutions to customers in the collision industry.  You will lead all local and regional sales activities involving select accounts such as national, regional and local MSO's, dealership groups, repair networks, franchises and other high value business targets; play a key role in boosting the utilization of the AirPro solution with existing customers, while supporting and creating new opportunities. 

Essential Functions:

  • Seek out new business opportunities and revenue potential within specified region.
  • Close sales opportunities independently or with the assistance of available internal resources. 
  • Research and Increase volume and revenue of existing customers by educating shops, responding to concerns, and resolving issues or challenges facing the customer.
  • Monitors customer utilization of AirPro services by all shops within specified region to increase scan volume.
  • Act as first point of contact for all customers within specified region. 
  • Collect metrics regarding utilization and information from customers and reporting to management as required.
  • Follow-up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues affecting the continued use of the AirPro product and services.
  • Maintain relevant technical and industry information (Technical Tsunami) to ensure effective communication with customers on current and future services and products.
  • Travel within specified region by flying or driving to customers locations.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years sales experience with successful track record
  • 2+ years' experience as an Estimator in collision and/or automotive industry
  • P&L experience a plus
  • Travel would include overnight stays up to several days as required. 
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (strong skills in Excel) applications
