• Provide ethical, compassionate, and culturally competent mental health counseling through video conferencing.
• Conduct thorough ongoing assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans for short- and long-term goals.
• Empower clients by helping them cultivate coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Engage actively in continuous training and development to stay abreast of the latest methodologies and best practices in mental health care.

This position is focused on providing counseling to stable, low-acuity adults who are navigating various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and stress management. You will be instrumental in helping these individuals develop skills to maintain their mental health and improve their overall quality of life.

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and current state licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with the ability to practice independently without supervision.
• No pending disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficient in using technology and maintaining a stable internet connection for telehealth sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients virtually.

• Experience in providing telehealth services or counseling in a remote setting is highly desirable.
• Prior experience with low-acuity mental health cases or general practice in outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated ability to develop individual treatment plans and facilitate therapeutic interventions effectively.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
