• Fully remote position that allows you to work comfortably from home.
• The role offers a flexible schedule, enabling you to establish your own hours with options for full-time (30+ hours/week) or part-time (5+ hours/week).

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on individual needs.
• Provide empathetic and ethical mental health counseling through video conferencing, adhering to professional standards and best practices.
• Help clients cultivate new coping strategies, enhance their problem-solving abilities, and improve their communication skills during sessions.

The primary focus of your counseling will be stable, low-acuity adult clients. You will work with individuals who seek assistance in enhancing their emotional well-being and resilience. Your role will be crucial in helping them develop skills to manage everyday challenges, navigate stressors, and foster self-improvement.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current independent state licensure in one of the following: LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Ability to practice without supervision and without any disciplinary actions on record.
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster a collaborative counseling environment, alongside proficiency in technology for seamless online sessions.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection to ensure uninterrupted counseling services.

• Prior experience in providing therapy services within an outpatient setting, particularly with low-acuity populations.
• Familiarity with online counseling tools and platforms to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing time effectively and prioritizing client needs.

• Attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on your level of experience and hours worked.
