Job Role: IT QA BIDM Tester Contract terms: 6-month contract-to-hire Pay rate: up to $55/hour Conversion Salary (if applicable): $90,000-120,000 Location: Remote W2 Only No C2C The QA Tester will ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of Business Intelligence and Data Management (BIDM) solutions within a Property and Casualty insurance environment. This role focuses on validating data workflows, reporting systems, and analytics tools to support regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for BIDM applications, data pipelines, and reporting platforms.

  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across ETL processes, data warehouses, and BI dashboards.

  • Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing for new features and system enhancements.

  • Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and business stakeholders to identify defects and ensure timely resolution.

  • Document test results, track issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA standards and processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in QA testing ideally within Property and Casualty insurance for other regulated industries.
