End-to-End Flow Designย
- Design and evolve user flows across the full product lifecycle, including onboarding, funding, withdrawals, dashboard, gifting, public site, and student experiencesย
- Translate business requirements and product goals into clear, intuitive user journeys and interaction modelsย
- Identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion, usability, and engagementย
Prototype Development & Research Supportย
- Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes (primarily in Figma) to support user testing and concept validationย
- Partner closely with UX Research to design experiments, usability tests, and A/B testsย
- Iterate designs rapidly based on user feedback, insights, and analytics ย
Figma & Design System Ownershipย
- Build and maintain scalable design components, libraries, and reusable patterns within Figmaย
- Leverage tools such as Figma Make / AI-assisted design to accelerate ideation and prototypingย
- Ensure consistency across public and authenticated experiences through strong design system adherence ย
Cross-Functional Collaborationย
- Work closely with Digital Product Managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver high-impact experiencesย
- Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional discussions to align on priorities and constraintsย
- Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and senior leadershipย
Public & Authenticated Experience Supportย
- Contribute to public site experiences and authenticated application flowsย
- Ensure cohesive UX across acquisition, onboarding, and in-product experiencesย
- Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals when designing solutions ย
ย Innovation & Concept Explorationย
- Develop innovative concepts and new product ideas through rapid prototyping and experimentationย
- Explore emerging UX patterns, AI-assisted design approaches, and new interaction paradigmsย
- Support early-stage initiatives and strategic product betsย
ย Email & Lifecycle Experience Designย
- Design user journeys and flows for lifecycle communications (e.g., onboarding reminders, nudges, re-engagement)ย
- Draft and refine email copy in collaboration with product and marketing teams to ensure clarity, tone, and effectivenessย
- Validate messaging through testing and research where applicable ย
ย Continuous Improvement & Measurementย
- Partner with Product and Research to measure the impact of design changes (conversion, drop-off, satisfaction)ย
- Use data and insights to continuously refine and improve user experiencesย
You might be a good fit if you...ย
- Have 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a strong track record of owning and delivering end-to-end digital experiences ย
- Are a strong flow thinker - you naturally design clear, intuitive user journeys across complex products (onboarding, dashboards, transactions, etc.) ย
- Are highly proficient in Figma, including prototyping, component systems, and emerging tools like Figma Make / AI-assisted design ย
- Have hands-on experience designing prototypes for research, and partnering closely with UX researchers to test and iterate on ideas ย
- Understand both public (marketing) and authenticated product experiences, and can design seamlessly across both ย
- Are comfortable leading and guiding design work, including directing and reviewing work from contract designers to ensure quality and consistency ย
- Thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with product managers, researchers, and engineering teams ย
- Can balance speed and quality, moving quickly from concept to prototype while maintaining a high bar for usability and polish ย
- Have strong communication skills, and can clearly explain design decisions to stakeholders and leadership ย
- Are comfortable contributing to content and lifecycle experiences, including drafting and refining email copy and user communications when needed ย
- Are curious and product-minded, always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and drive better outcomesย
