Pro-Health Counseling Services is seeking a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team in a full-time, remote role. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely, granting you the flexibility to provide essential support to clients in the comfort of your own home. While working remotely, you will participate in virtual team meetings, collaborate with various professional disciplines, and engage in teletherapy sessions with clients in our detox center. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients entering the detox program, including evaluating their substance use history, mental health concerns, and treatment needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that holistically address both substance use and any co-occurring mental health disorders, ensuring that each client receives tailored support.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including physicians, nurses, and case managers—to coordinate care and ensure a seamless recovery process for clients.
• Offer educational resources and support to clients' families, empowering them to engage in the recovery journey and foster a supportive home environment.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines, ensuring the integrity of client information.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing addiction and substance abuse issues, many of whom may also face co-occurring mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in developing rapport and trust with clients, helping them to feel safe and supported during their journey toward recovery. Your expertise will guide them through various stages of addiction treatment—allowing for healing and growth.

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work.
• A solid foundation in best practices for addiction counseling and substance abuse treatment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies for clients with substance use issues and related mental health disorders.
• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients, coupled with the ability to inspire hope and motivation.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with a diverse treatment team.

• Experience working in a detox or substance abuse treatment environment is highly desirable.
• Training in specialized therapeutic modalities specifically designed for addiction treatment.
• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices.

Pro-Health Counseling Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
