• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate patients' mental and emotional health.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the goals of each patient.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to address patients’ needs.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including doctors, nurses, and other social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.
