The position is fully remote, allowing therapists to work in a flexible and accommodating environment. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and client interviews.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and the unique preferences of each client.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, client interactions, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our internal policies.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with clients via virtual platforms.
• Empathy and compassion towards clients' experiences, providing a supportive atmosphere.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple caseloads while maintaining accurate documentation.

• Experience in delivering remote therapy services and proficiency with telehealth technologies.
• A background in working with specific populations such as adolescents, LGBTQ+ individuals, or multicultural communities.
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities.

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
